Agra. The 'Masters in F&B' program at Double Tree by Hilton, Fatehabad Road was a glittering competition exemplifying excellence. The festival featured a competition between 10 young budding chefs under the age of 25 from five star hotels, followed by a spectacular display of mixology skills by skilled bartenders. The chefs presented the audience with an array of innovative dishes with their talent, while the bartenders enthralled with carefully crafted cocktails. Hilton General Manager Shyam Kumar, Tourism Guild President Rajiv Saxena, Devshish Bhowmik, Bhuvnesh Khanna and Amit Rane played the role of judges. The topic of evolution of hospitality experiences at weddings and events was discussed in the talk show, in which Bhuvesh Khanna from the business world, Shyam Kumar, Journal Manager of Five Star Hotels, Hari Sukumar, Sameer Jilani and Manpreet Chhabba expressed their views. The organizers honored the winning participants from the stage.

Prepared the Dish
Delicious dishes like Shree Anna, Begum Bahar, Mango Kerry, Dahi Ke Kebab, Grilled Prawn, Shahi Paneer, Mango Tea Cake etc. were prepared in the competition. In which Jaypee Palace, ITC Mughal, Taj View, The Oberoi, Amar Vilas, Trident, Courtyard Marriott, Double Tree by Hilton, Clark Shiraz and Veda Institute of Hotel and Training participated. Richa Bansal, Vikas Singh, Ayush Aggarwal, Radhika Ghoshal, Sumit Vibhav, Ashish Bansal etc. were present on this occasion.

The winning trophy was named after him
The chef category winner's trophy went to Yash Gupta of Clark Shiraz Hotel, the first runner-up was Imran Khan of Courtyard by Marriott and the second runner-up was Mihir Bhavsar of Double Tree by Hilton. Similarly, in the bartender category, the winner was Pritam Kumari of Double Tree by Hilton, the first runner-up was Rajmani, the second runner-up was Sanjay Anand of Courtyard by Merit.
